Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
2 Clove(s)
garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon(s)
dried oregano
1 Teaspoon(s)
dried thyme

Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation:

Preparation time: 15-30 min.
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin-side down. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  4. Let the salmon marinate for about 15-20 minutes while the oven heats up.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. You can also fry the salmon in a pan, a few minutes on each side.
  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  7. Serve the baked salmon with your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad. I love to add Hollandaise sauce on top!
