egg whites or 12 whole eggs, scrambled

large avocados, diced
6 Piece(s)
strips of bacon, cooked crispy (free from nitrates, sugar or additives)
3 Teaspoon(s)
dry ranch mix
2 Teaspoon(s)
chives
3 Teaspoon(s)
dried dill
4 Teaspoon(s)
garlic powder
4 Tablespoon(s)
dried onion flakes
4 Teaspoon(s)
onion powder
4 Tablespoon(s)
parsley
2 Teaspoon(s)
black pepper
1 Teaspoon(s)
sea salt

Preparation:

Preparation time: 30-60 min.
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease muffin tin generously with oil.
  3. Place approximately 1 tbsp of diced avocado in the bottom of each muffin cup.
  4. Crumble bacon into pieces and put about ½ a slice of crumbles on top of the avocado in each cup, then sprinkle ¼ tsp of ranch seasoning over the top of each one.
  5. Use one egg per cup and scramble them, then pour the scrambled eggs into each cup. It should come close to the top of the cup.
  6. Bake for 22-30 minutes or until the eggs are baked through.
