Ingredients:
Number of portions: 8
1.5
light-tasting olive oil, avocado oil, or MCT tasteless coconut oil
2
large eggs
1 Teaspoon(s)
mustard powder
2 Clove(s)
garlic, peeled and smashed
2 Tablespoon(s)
fresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoon(s)
vinegar white or apple cider
1/3 Cup(s)
fresh parsley
2-3 Tablespoon(s)
fresh dill
1/2 Teaspoon(s)
onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s)
garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon(s)
red paprika
¼-¾ Cup(s)
almond milk
1 Teaspoon(s)
Himalayan salt
fresh grounded pepper
Preparation:
Preparation time: <15 min.
- Pour out all the ingredients except for the herbs and almond milk into an immersion blender jar or another container that isn't significantly wider than the head of the immersion blender.
- Insert the immersion blender fully into the jar, ensuring it reaches the bottom. Begin blending at medium speed initially and increase to high if needed, until the mixture at the bottom thickens and becomes opaque.
- Gradually lift the immersion blender slightly while intermittently pressing it back down to merge the remaining oil into the emulsion. Continue this process until the entire mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Once the mixture is entirely emulsified, remove the blender and introduce the herbs. Place the immersion blender head over the herbs and blend briefly, only enough to chop and integrate them, adjusting the movement as necessary.
- To achieve the desired consistency, add almond milk gradually. Start with ¼ cup and increase as preferred, stirring with a spoon to blend it in thoroughly.
