Ingredients:
Number of portions: 4
1 pound or 1/5 kilo
Brussels sprouts
4 Tablespoon(s)
vegan butter, melted
1 Tablespoon(s)
honey
1/2 Teaspoon(s)
Himalayan salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s)
black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(s)
garlic powder
Preparation:
Preparation time: 15-30 min.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray the parchment paper with oil.
- Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts, discarding any damaged outer leaves. Cut them in half.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a spacious bowl. Add melted butter, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Use a large spoon or your hands to ensure an even and thorough coating.
- Spread the sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast them in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Once done, remove the pan from the oven. Flip the sprouts to the other side. If any sprouts are deeply browned, transfer them to a plate.
- Return the pan to the oven and continue roasting the sprouts for an additional 10-15 minutes or until they become tender and golden brown.
- Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts immediately.
