Preparation:

Preparation time: 15-30 min.
  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil.
  2. Grind together the fish fillet, almond flour, psyllium. Mix in or knead in the egg, seasoning, and fried onion.
  3. Leave for 5 minutes.
  4. With damp hands or with a spoon from the obtained mixture, form small patties. Fry them in hot oil on both sides. Serve with your favorite garnish and sauce.
  5. Goes well with White Sauce: melt a tablespoon of vegan butter in a skillet, add finely chopped a couple of leeks and garlic, sauté a little, then add a heaping teaspoon of arrowroot or tapioca flour and pour in a glass of plant milk, bring to a boil.
