Preparation:
Preparation time: 30-60 min.
- Grind the fish twice with a meat grinder.
- Add almond flour, break in eggs, sprinkle in spices, and mix everything well.
- Cooked mushrooms and finely chopped onions fry with oil.
- Form small flatbreads from the fish mixture, place a portion of the mushroom mixture inside, shaping them into elongated patties.
- Coat them with almond flour and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
