Preparation:

- Spread the broccoli (or broccolini) on the parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Drizzle it with olive oil. mix well to cover.
- Season the broccoli with salt, pepper, garlic powder or other seasonings.
- Place the pan(s) in an oven preheated to 425°F (220°C).
- Roast until the broccoli is tender-crisp and beginning to brown, for about 15 minutes. Keep an eye, as they get burned quickly!
