Olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and other seasonings you like.

Preparation:

Preparation time: <15 min.
  1. Spread the broccoli (or broccolini) on the parchment-lined baking sheets.
  2. Drizzle it with olive oil. mix well to cover.
  3. Season the broccoli with salt, pepper, garlic powder or other seasonings.
  4. Place the pan(s) in an oven preheated to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Roast until the broccoli is tender-crisp and beginning to brown, for about 15 minutes. Keep an eye, as they get burned quickly!
