All personal data of personal data subjects processed by WildAJA may be transferred to third parties in the ways described in this privacy policy:
WildAJA may provide personal data of personal data subjects to persons, owners, and business partners related to WildAJA;

- To request that WildAJA allow access to the personal data of the data subject and to correct or delete them (“right to be forgotten”) if WildAJA processes personal data illegally;
- the right not to consent to the processing of data when WildAJA processes the personal data under the legitimate interests of WildAJA and/or third parties, except in cases when the data is processed for compelling legitimate reasons;
- as well as the right to data portability if the data is processed by automated means by WildAJA;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing before the withdrawal of consent;
- refuse to be subject to automated assessment or profiling if such decision-making would have legal consequences or similarly significant effects on the data subject;
- to submit a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the State Data Protection Inspectorate, whose website address is https://vdai.lrv.lt, if the data subject considers that his or her personal data is processed in violation of his or her rights and legitimate interests by applicable legal acts.
