  • the right not to consent to the processing of data when WildAJA processes the personal data under the legitimate interests of WildAJA and/or third parties, except in cases when the data is processed for compelling legitimate reasons;
  • as well as the right to data portability if the data is processed by automated means by WildAJA;
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing before the withdrawal of consent;
  • refuse to be subject to automated assessment or profiling if such decision-making would have legal consequences or similarly significant effects on the data subject;
  • to submit a complaint regarding the processing of personal data to the State Data Protection Inspectorate, whose website address is https://vdai.lrv.lt, if the data subject considers that his or her personal data is processed in violation of his or her rights and legitimate interests by applicable legal acts.
