fresh parsley, chopped

fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Preparation:

Preparation time: 15-30 min.
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pat dry the fish fillets with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  4. Brush the marinade generously over each fish fillet, ensuring they are coated evenly.
