soy sauce

Preparation:
Preparation time: 15-30 min.
- Prepare the celeriac: Peel the celeriac and cut it into 1-inch thick "steaks."
- Marinate: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mustard, maple syrup, garlic, and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Brush the marinade generously over both sides of the celeriac steaks.
- Roast: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the celeriac steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 25 minutes, then flip and roast for another 15-20 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
- Serve: Serve the celeriac steaks hot with your favorite sides. They pair well with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.
