egg whites or 12 whole eggs, scrambled

large avocados, diced
6 Piece(s)
strips of bacon, cooked crispy (free from nitrates, sugar or additives)
3 Teaspoon(s)
dry ranch mix
2 Teaspoon(s)
chives
3 Teaspoon(s)
dried dill
4 Teaspoon(s)
garlic powder
4 Tablespoon(s)
dried onion flakes
4 Teaspoon(s)
onion powder
4 Tablespoon(s)
parsley
2 Teaspoon(s)
black pepper

Preparation:
Preparation time: 30-60 min.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease muffin tin generously with oil.
- Place approximately 1 tbsp of diced avocado in the bottom of each muffin cup.
- Crumble bacon into pieces and put about ½ a slice of crumbles on top of the avocado in each cup, then sprinkle ¼ tsp of ranch seasoning over the top of each one.
- Use one egg per cup and scramble them, then pour the scrambled eggs into each cup. It should come close to the top of the cup.
- Bake for 22-30 minutes or until the eggs are baked through.
