Preparation:
Preparation time: 15-30 min.
- Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil.
- Grind together the fish fillet, almond flour, psyllium. Mix in or knead in the egg, seasoning, and fried onion.
- Leave for 5 minutes.
- With damp hands or with a spoon from the obtained mixture, form small patties. Fry them in hot oil on both sides. Serve with your favorite garnish and sauce.
- Goes well with White Sauce: melt a tablespoon of vegan butter in a skillet, add finely chopped a couple of leeks and garlic, sauté a little, then add a heaping teaspoon of arrowroot or tapioca flour and pour in a glass of plant milk, bring to a boil.
