Preparation:
Preparation time: 15-30 min.
- Prepare Squid: If not already cleaned, rinse the squid tubes and tentacles thoroughly. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- Marinate: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Coat Squid: Add the cleaned squid tubes and tentacles to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
