fresh lemon zest

cherry tomatoes, halved

basil leaves, minced

balsamic vinegar

extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation:
Preparation time: 15-30 min.
- Preheat a grill to medium high heat.
- In a bowl, combine herbes de provence, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon zest, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Place on the preheated grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- In a bowl combine the cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
- Toss everything together and season to taste.
- Serve each chicken breast topped with the basil tomato salad.
