Ingredients:

mid-size zucchinis
Brisk of balsamic vinegar
Acc. to taste
salt and pepper
Other herbs you like

Preparation:

Preparation time: 15-30 min.
  1. Heat the oven to 180C/ 360F
  2. Slice zucchini into pieces, 1-2 cm (0,4 – 0,8 inches) each.
  3. Put the slices on the baking tray
  4. Spread a little bit of olive oil on top
  5. Drop several drops of balsamic vinegar if you like it, on top
  6. Sprinkle some salt and your favorite herbs on top.
