mid-size zucchinis
Brisk of balsamic vinegar
Acc. to taste
salt and pepper

Preparation:
Preparation time: 15-30 min.
- Heat the oven to 180C/ 360F
- Slice zucchini into pieces, 1-2 cm (0,4 – 0,8 inches) each.
- Put the slices on the baking tray
- Spread a little bit of olive oil on top
- Drop several drops of balsamic vinegar if you like it, on top
- Sprinkle some salt and your favorite herbs on top.
