Ingredients:

olive oil

large onion, thinly sliced

cabbage head, chopped (around 2-3 cups)

minced meat (I love 50/50 of pork mixed with beef)
Acc. to taste
Seasoning for minced meat or your favorite herbs, salt

tomato paste

(250 ml) of peeled and chopped tomatoes
Preparation:
Preparation time: 30-60 min.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and fry for 3 mins, until onion has turned golden.
- Add minced meat to the pan and fry for 5 mins. Add your favorite herbs and salt.
- Add chopped cabbage and half of cup of water and bring to the boil. Mix well, add some more salt if needed. Lower to a simmer and cook on gentle heat covered for 5-10 mins. or until cabbage achieves your desired softness.
- Add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes. Cook for another 5 mins.
