Brussels sprouts
4 Tablespoon(s)
vegan butter, melted
1 Tablespoon(s)
honey
1/2 Teaspoon(s)
Himalayan salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s)
black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon(s)
garlic powder

Preparation:

Preparation time: 15-30 min.
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray the parchment paper with oil.
  2. Wash and dry the Brussels sprouts, discarding any damaged outer leaves. Cut them in half.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a spacious bowl. Add melted butter, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Use a large spoon or your hands to ensure an even and thorough coating.
  4. Spread the sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast them in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Once done, remove the pan from the oven. Flip the sprouts to the other side. If any sprouts are deeply browned, transfer them to a plate.
  6. Return the pan to the oven and continue roasting the sprouts for an additional 10-15 minutes or until they become tender and golden brown.
  7. Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts immediately.
