Preparation:

Preparation time: 15-30 min.
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and boil for about 5-7 minutes until they become slightly tender. Drain the cauliflower and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the boiled cauliflower to the pan. Sprinkle with sea salt (and pepper if using).
  4. Fry the cauliflower in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, tossing occasionally, until it starts to develop a golden brown color and a crispy texture.
  5. Sprinkle the almond meal over the cauliflower in the pan and continue to fry for an additional 5-7 minutes, ensuring that the cauliflower becomes fully golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the pan, and if desired, season with additional salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
