dried oregano

Preparation:
Preparation time: 15-30 min.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, skin-side down. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it's evenly coated.
- Let the salmon marinate for about 15-20 minutes while the oven heats up.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. You can also fry the salmon in a pan, a few minutes on each side.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve the baked salmon with your favorite side dishes, such as steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad. I love to add Hollandaise sauce on top!
