Preparation:
Preparation time: 15-30 min.
- Prepare the Ingredients: Cut the fish into chunks and season with salt and pepper. Peel and devein the prawns. Chop the onion, garlic, and thinly slice the bell peppers. Grate the ginger and dice the tomato. Juice the lime.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
